Hey, I'm Lethícia. A Brazilian Product Designer based in Lisbon dedicated to building the infrastructure of innovation.

With over 14 years of experience, my career has always been rooted in high-performance technology, from gaming studios with over 1 billion global downloads, to managing digital transformation for clients like Samsung at tech agencies, to absorbing the agility of the startup world at Cubo Itaú, Latin America's largest startup hub.

I treat Design Systems as infrastructure that powers innovation. I love solving the puzzle of how to make complex ecosystems operate smoothly to enable teams to build the future faster. As an Official Accessibility Facilitator certified by the Portuguese Government, I believe this infrastructure must work for everyone.

At Globoplay, Brazil's largest streaming service, I led the Running Tribe, managing five critical innovation squads, drove a transition to an in-house tech stack that saved $6M, and developed a management framework scaled across products like G1 and Globo Esporte.

Currently, at EDP Global's Design Centre of Excellence, I'm building design systems for high-density data apps with integrated AI capabilities, serving over 500 applications.
